Messaging Customers

You have two options for sending messages – Campaigns and Automations.

Campaigns are for announcing one-time events like deals of the day, new product launches, discounts/sales, etc.  Each Campaign is sent to a Segment (a subset of your customers).

Automations are for creating sequences of automated messages, for example:

  • Cart abandonment follow-up

  • Customer winback messages

  • New customer welcome messages

  • Shipment notifications

Please Note: You can only send messages to customers who have opted in to marketing and provided their phone numbers
